my.flashoffers connects you with restaurants in your local area. You will
receive promotions on your mobile phone from restaurants that you select. These
promotions might consist of free meals, discounts, or upcoming specials -- all for
restaurants that you already frequent.

You have complete control over how many promotions you receive on any
given day. This quantity can be controlled through the
Manage Profile
tool. You can reach this at any time through the menu on the left.

We thought you'd never ask! You can spread the word to your friends and
colleagues using our
Tell a Friend tool. This is, of course, always available using the menu to the left.

We're constantly expanding our list of restaurants and will gladly contact
a restaurant that you recommend for inclusion in our service.

Contact Form with any relevant information and we'll follow up with your recommended restaurant right away.

- ensure that your mobile phone is turned on and you have reception.
- ensure the name of your wireless service provider and your phone number were entered correctly during the registration process. If they were entered incorrectly go back and correct them.
- Contact your wireless carrier to find out if you have text messaging enabled. Some carriers disable text messaging and in some cases your mobile phone may not support text messages. Also, try sending a short messaging service (SMS) text message to yourself to see if your device has text messaging enabled.
- If you can change alert settings using your mobile phone, verify that they are not turned off, muted, or set for a quiet time. Any of these conditions can prevent you from receiving a text message.

Note: Some wireless carriers do not provide text messaging capabilities to users with a pre-paid service plan. Contact your wireless carrier to determine if this applies to you.
